The purpose of this research was conducted in order to find out whether the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) carried by Government during Covid-19 pandemic could be supported one sharia financial social innovations, namely Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature review method and analyze facts field, expert opinions, theories previous related CWLS its development potential. From results it is known that role Sukuk revitalizing country's economy, where income from sale can used as new source financing for development. expected able reach poor who are especially dealing providing working capital funds waqf funds, so utilized more productive
